More on Nintendogs/Nintendo's First Podcast

We mentioned Nintendogs, a new virtual dog game, on show #18 and just today we received an email from Nintendo about the premier of their very own podcast, which is news in and of itself! We're posting it here because their first podcast is all about Nintendogs! We are still working on a segment about Nintendogs for our show, but if you want to learn more about it then their show, which is produced for Nintendo by podcast pioneer Carl Franklin, would be a great place to start.

You can download it here [mirror] (Nintendo hasn't setup a website for this yet). Best quote from the show: Question: "As a parent do you think this is a good game choice?" Answer: "I think it is [because] we can't have a real dog." It will be very interesting to see whether people who perhaps shouldn't have a dog but would have gotten one otherwise will now use this as an alternative. If so that's a good thing!

Just wanted to stop by :) We're busy working on tonight's show, but we've had a couple busy nights lately and tonight will probably be another busy one, so if it doesn't come out tonight it will definitely be posted tomorrow night :)

If you haven't noticed already, we try to get shows out on Mondays and Thursdays, but this usually means Monday night/Tuesday morning and Thursday night/Friday morning. In either case if you subscribe to the show you'll get it whenever it does come out automatically. One things for sure, Tara's already got so much to say and lately we've been getting so many wonderful emails with stories, pictures, comments and questions, that we'll always have shows for you.
