Another great show guys!!

A great place to start when putting provisions for your pets in your will is the HSUS. They have a couple of good articles.

My heart goes out to Chris. It's been 6 and a half years since I had to put my dog Fly to sleep. Hearing that story, so very similar to my own, brought it all back like it was yesterday. Chris, I know it seems impossible, but one day most of the pain will go away and all you'll remember are the good times. You WILL have another dog. Maybe next week, maybe, like me, 5 years later. It'll never be a replacement, but when the time is right, you'll know.

When you do get another, do yourself a favor like I did, get one of the ones that's going to live forever.

Now excuse me while I blow my nose and go lay on the floor with Martini while she gives me that look that says, "Dad, what's wrong with you, and will you please get off my pillow, it's too hot for this."

I love her SO much.

Thanks Tara and Walter and thanks Mark for the kind words...

I did get a new dog and he IS going to live forever! My buddy Lou is a ball of sunshine and although losing Sam is still painful (I had to turn off the K9Cast listening to my own story,) Lou brings me oodles of good times.
